The Valhalla United Methodist Church is proud of our quality Nursery School and the service it has rendered for many years to the children and families in the Valhalla area.

We are looking forward to 2008-2009 with continued enthusiasm and energy. It is anticipated that our quality staff will continue in their present rolls as we prepare to greet our 2, 3 and 4 year old classes.

Our Christian-based curriculum was adopted after careful research, review and in-service education by our staff with the support of our pastor and of the Nursery School Board. Much of the school program will remain the same as in past years, emphasizing the qualities of sharing, teamwork, cooperation and other significant social skills appropriate for preschool children. Kindergarten readiness will have a high priority in our planning and program. The Christian curriculum will also allow the children to recognize the presence and role of God in their lives.
