Our goal at Valhalla United Methodist Church is to teach children to connect to Jesus, the church, their friends, our caring adult volunteers and the world through missions.
NURSERY
6 weeks to young 3 year olds
Our nursery room is available during the Sunday morning worship service. Our loving volunteers care for the babies as their parents attend the worship service.
SUNDAY SCHOOL
Preschoolers and Kindergarteners meet downstairs
1st, 2nd and 3rd Graders meet in Room 206
1st, 2nd and 3rd Graders meet in the choir room
7th and 8th Graders meet in the Campbell Lounge
Children learn about the love of God through a variety of teaching tools, fun crafts, games, music and Bible stories.
Please, join us on Sunday mornings after the Pastors time with our children during the service.

TAI CHI CLASS
Lipyeow Lim
is leading a free Tai Chi class at VUMC ~ Thursdays 7-8:30 PM. Tai Chi is a
Chinese martial art that is now practiced as a holistic exercise
for health. It is characterized by circular, graceful movements
and is gentle on the joints. Tai Chi is a great workout for all

KUNG FU CLASS FOR TEENS
KUNG FU/TAI CHI CLASS
Lipyeow Lim plans to start a King Fu/Tai Chi class for teens (ages 12-20). The goals of the class includes awareness, self-discipline, physical training, co-ordination and co-operation, as well as basic self-defense skills. Classes will be once a week with each class lasting 90 minutes. The class will be reasonably priced and proceeds will be donated to the Valhalla United Methodist Church.
